This week’s adventure brings me to Downtown Market with some of my favorite people: Emma and Maydi! Since it’s been awhile we hung out together hunting for some good food, we thought it’d be fun to make our way downtown to checkout Malamiah Juice Bar – specifically, to check out their acai bowls!
Malamiah Juice Bar offers 3 types of acai bowls: Peanut Butter Bowl, Berry Bowl, and Tropical Bowl. While all bowls are topped with banana, granola, and honey, each bowl is blended with a different ingredient (peanut butter and almond milk, strawberries and coconut milk, as well as pineapple and coconut milk respectively).
Emma and I went with the Tropical Bowl while Maydi went for the Berry Bowl.
Verdict? We all loved our acai bowls (although I was a little frustrated that mine had a chunk of frozen acai that wasn’t blended thoroughly)!
